Getting started

Switching between sources

Add as many sources as you like — they're saved as profiles. Switch between them anytime from the launch screen or Settings → Switch Profile, without re‑entering credentials.

Frequently asked

A channel won't play or keeps loading

Individual streams can be offline or region‑restricted by the provider — Velko will time out and show "Unavailable." Try another channel, or a different playlist. This is a limitation of the source, not the app.

Where do my channels/movies come from?

From the provider you connect. Velko is a player and brings no content of its own.

Are my credentials safe?

Yes — they're stored on your device in the system Keychain and sent only to your provider. See our Privacy Policy.
