Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Velko app for Apple TV ("Velko," "the app," "we," "us"). By downloading or using Velko, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Velko is

Velko is a media player. You bring your own IPTV service — an Xtream Codes account, an M3U playlist, or the optional, publicly available "Community TV" (iptv-org) source. Velko does not provide, host, sell, or control any channels, movies, or other content. All content comes from the provider you choose to connect.

Your responsibilities

Velko Pro subscription

Velko is free to use — Community TV is free without time limits, and watching your own provider includes a limited free preview per channel. Velko Pro removes the preview limit, offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription (each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers) or a one-time Lifetime purchase.

No warranty

Velko is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Stream availability, quality, and reliability depend entirely on the provider you connect and your network; we do not guarantee that any content will be available or playable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velko and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any content accessed through it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
